RingAnvil is a brand of Apex Grid Engineering PLLC. These are the plain-language pilot terms for founding customers. A signed pilot agreement controls if anything here differs. Last updated: November 1, 2026.
An automated answering and lead-follow-up service for trades businesses. RingAnvil answers calls in your business name, captures and qualifies leads against your rules, books appointments on your calendar rules, and hands every interaction back with a summary and transcript. RingAnvil is a receptionist, never a technician: it gives no diagnosis beyond your approved triage script and quotes no prices beyond rates you have approved in writing.
Every call opens with a recorded-call disclosure. The assistant does not claim to be a human employee, and identifies itself as an automated assistant when asked. Callers' data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Scripted urgent categories route immediately to your on-call number; callers in danger are directed to 911 first. RingAnvil is not an emergency or dispatch service.
Follow-up calls and texts go only to people who contacted your business first, through properly registered messaging campaigns. STOP and opt-out requests are honoured instantly and permanently, and quiet hours are respected in the recipient's timezone. RingAnvil never places cold outbound calls.
Overflow $299/mo + $500 setup (500 minutes included, $0.25/min overage) · Full Desk $499/mo + $1,000 setup (1,250 minutes, $0.22/min overage) · Full Desk + Follow-Up $799/mo + $1,000 setup (2,000 minutes in/out, 500 text segments included, $0.22/min overage). Pilot pricing is test pricing and may change for future cohorts; a pilot customer's price holds for their pilot term as stated in their agreement.
Your existing number is ported or forwarded only on your written instruction. Outbound calls present your business's own number or a number properly assigned to it — never a spoofed caller ID.
On cancellation we stop answering within one business hour of instruction, and you keep your exported lead data. Recordings are handled per the Privacy Policy.
