This website is a static page. It sets no tracking cookies and stores nothing you type. The pilot-request form opens your own email app addressed to info@ringanvil.com; we receive only the email you choose to send.
When a business uses RingAnvil, we process its callers' information on that business's behalf: caller name, contact details, service address, problem description, call recordings and transcripts, and booking details. That data belongs to the business that received the call. We use it only to answer, qualify, book, follow up, and hand the interaction back to that business — never to market to callers, never to cross-sell another brand, and never to train models beyond what our provider contracts permit.
Every call RingAnvil answers opens with a recorded-call disclosure, in every state. Recordings are retained for 90 days by default and are deletable by the customer business; lead records are kept for the life of the business's account and are exported and deleted on cancellation.
We share service data only with the telephony and AI providers required to carry and process the call, under contract, and with the customer business itself. We do not sell personal information.
If you are a caller and want access to or deletion of your information, contact the business you called, or write to us at info@ringanvil.com and we will route the request. Text-message follow-up honours STOP instantly and permanently.
